Shipping
Shipping and handling charges shall be added to all orders during shopping cart checkout. Orders shall be shipped promptly. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Delivery by US Postal Service or UPS. Personal checks may require 5-7 days until check clears bank.Framed art and large object shipping charges vary greatly. Items will be shipped after a shipping charge quote has been approved by the purchaser.

If you are dissatisfied with any item you have purchased from us, you may return it within 15 days of its delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Your return shipping cost (ground rate) will be refunded only if the return is due to our error. You must notify Midair Studio Online Store within five (5) days of your receipt of any damaged or defective merchandise.
Return of Merchandise
Written permission must be obtained before returning merchandise. A 10% restocking charge may apply to certain items.
Returning an Order: Before returning any article you must contact us and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. E-mail us at sales@midairstudio.com or phone 315-826-5522. This RMA number should be written conspicuously on the outside of the return shipment box.
You may return an item, in its original undamaged condition, for a refund within 15 days of receiving it. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip. In order that we may better serve you and other customers, please tell us the specific reason for your dissatisfaction. Include a written note informing us whether you want the item exchanged or the purchase price refunded to you. (If you have received a damaged or defective item please read the section below titled "Damaged or Defective Merchandise.") All returned merchandise must be in "like new" condition with all included documents, certificates, warranties, and in its original box. The item(s) should be returned in the same packaging material in which it was received to protect it from damage. We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If you used a credit card, the refund will be credited to your account. If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.
